Berwick Mazda is a landmark dealership offering you state of the art facilities to give our customers a ‘bigger Mazda feeling’. Since opening in 2005 we have established ourselves within the local community and have been proud to support many local clubs. This is combined with the support we still show to the greater Dandenong area where we were based for 30 years before moving to our new facility in Berwick. We stock one of the largest range of parts and accessories in Melbourne.

Our customer service is manned Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm Melbourne time and we

COMPLAINTS: Please forward any issues or complaints directly to us so that we can resolve any

issues in a timely and professional manner.

We ship Australia-wide (excl. PO Boxes, NT and WA Remote areas) via Toll, TNT, Australia Post,

Couriers Please or other major shipping carriers depending on availability. Orders that are purchased

and paid will be dispatched within 2 working days. Tracking information is provided where relevant,

however some orders are hand delivered by our drivers where suitable. Most items are free shipping

which comes with a standard Authority to Leave (ATL) service in order to maintain efficiency on

delivery time. Signature upon delivery can be arranged at an additional fee. If you wish to use a

signature service, please send us your request by adding a note under your order. We may not be

able to add this service if you send us a separate message after checkout. If your order has not

arrived within the ‘Estimated Delivery Time Frame’, please message us and we will endeavour to

track and find out what has happened.

RETURNS - We offer a 30-day return policy - We will replace or refund all faulty goods, even though

they are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. We offer returns for most Brand New

items within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus a restocking fee* and any shipping costs. If

you’d like to return an item, you must send us a request within 30 days of purchase and obtain an

approval from us prior to sending the item back. *Restocking fee is calculated according to the item

price. For items sold at $50 or under, a restocking fee of $5+15% applies. For items sold above $50, a

restocking fee of $10+5% applies. A restocking fee applies to change of mind returns and returns due

to buyer’s errors.

You must return items in new condition with all original tags attached and all original materials

included with the shipment together with the invoice issued by Berwick Mazda. You must ship your

items within 14 days after your return request is approved. We inspect all returned items. Please try

your best to maintain items in pristine condition, all items returned must be in the same condition as

they were delivered. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost. The buyer is also responsible for any loss

or damage incurred during transit.

Most of our parts and accessories come with an Australia wide 2 year/ 40,000 km warranty.

All new Genuine Mazda items purchased from us can be warranted at any Mazda dealer throughout

Australia for your convenience.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
