Please add a request to sellers note if you desire your order to be left at the door or specific location.
ALL of the stock is dispatched locally from our Sydney warehouse or through one of our trusted Australian suppliers. All Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving full payment for the order during business days, with exclusions to public holidays and any other business-related reasons.
If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. Free shipping orders will default to a $9.95 restocking fee to cover loses for sending out the item.
We work closely with various courier partners to provide the lowest cost to the customer and to accommodate for various product sizes and destinations. Please ensure you are providing the correct address before making a purchase as this will lead to undeliverable orders or delays. Under normal conditions delivery will be between 2 to 6 working days.
You will be provided with a tracking number automatically when we dispatch orders. Please take into consideration large items may take longer to be delivered to certain locations. We offer click and collect anywhere available within Australia. We do not have a physical storefront for public access, Therefore we cannot offer pick up as an option.
Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.
You are entitled to a return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery. Product warranty covers defects and faults. It does not cover faults or defects arising from incorrect use. It does not apply to accidental damage, misuse or neglect. If your return is accepted, we will then send you a replacement product. We request images of defects and faults to be sent prior to accepting return requests. Freight fees are non-refundable.
Conditions of returns: The product must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for exchange and must be in a sellable condition. For bedding products, we require the product to be unused and unopened due to Australian Health and Safety Laws. We do not accept change of mind requests.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
