We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the item.
If the item was faulty/damaged/not as described, please send us a message and attach photos showing any fault/damage.
If you wish to return an item for other reasons, you will need to pay return shipping (shipping for sending back to us), please contact us before returning any items. Payment will be refunded when the item has been received in original condition by us.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
