To enquire about an existing order, please contact the Seller via the Order History in your Kogan Account dashboard here.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price, and we will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund. All items must be returned in exact condition as sent.
Non-faulty items: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.
Faulty items: We will refund your return postage only up to the amount it originally cost to send the item to you. Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, we do not reimburse Express or Registered post costs on returns.
Traderight goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
