• To Open: Insert fingers into the holes on the top and bottom covers, twist in opposite directions to unlock, and pull to extend to your desired height. Ensure all internal clasps click securely into place.
• To Close: Twist in the opposite direction to unlock the mechanism and compress the stool back into a disc.
• Cleaning: Wipe down with a damp cloth. If used in sandy or muddy areas, rinse with water and dry to ensure the telescopic mechanism remains smooth.

Warning: This stool must be used on flat, dry ground. Always sit in the centre of the seat with your weight evenly distributed. Do not tilt, lean back on two legs, or sit on the edge, as this may damage the structure or cause the stool to tip over.
