Featuring a large capacity refrigerated salad counter with gastronorm storage area, this Polar U-Series prep counter fridge is versatile, practical, and incredibly reliable. Designed with a stainless-steel exterior and insulated stainless steel lid, it is easy to keep clean and hygienic at all times.

A fully automatic controller and constant digital display ensures precise temperatures, and the unit is supplied with 16 1/6GN (100mm deep) polycarbonate pans (lids sold separately) as well as two large shelves (425mm x 538mm). A heavy-duty compressor keeps the internal temperature down even with ambient temperatures as high as 32°c. And the fan-assisted cooling ensures a rapid recovery of temperature after the door has been opened. Always ensure you maintain a 20cm gap between the machine and the wall to allow the ventilation system to work effectively. Do not place the unit directly next to a heat source.
