How To Use

Remove the heat pack from the belt’s pouch.
Place the heat pack into a clean microwave.
Heat for 60 seconds (based on a 600 – 800W microwave). Do not overheat.
Carefully remove the pack and test the temperature before use.
Place the warm pack back into the belt pouch.
Fasten the belt around the desired area for soothing warmth.
