Turbo 500 Copper Condenser: This is the worlds most advanced fractioning column for home distillation. It is designed to produce commercial grade high purity alcohol (93%+) and provide maximum alcohol yield (95%+). As it comes ready to use, it is extremely simple to operate and is a stunning looking handcrafted solid copper condenser. Use this to make authentic vodka & gin plus a range of liqueurs.
Create+ Copper Alembic Dome & Condenser: This condenser retains the flavour rather than stripping it out by refluxing. This comes with a thermometer, tubing and tap adaptor set. The new & improved version now incorporates a spiral structure modification inside the condenser called fins. The outer water jacket tube of the condenser has been modified internally to increase surface area with the inner distillate arm allowing for better cooling performance. Fins allow the cold water to pass through with some turbulence increasing surface area within the inner tube. The cooling sleeve has been extended back towards the temperature probe which gives the extra cooling length. This new condenser arm has improved the overall efficiency (heat transfer) of the Alembic condenser, allowing for a colder spirit collection temperature. This is perfect for when you are distilling whiskey, rum, and brandy washes to make the spirit from traditional ingredients, just like the professionals. Use this with the Grainfather to make authentic whiskey & bourbon, and with the Mangrove Jack’s boiler to make authentic rum.
Our ULTIMATE Distillery Kit includes everything you need to produce three batches of pure alcohol using the Turbo 500 Condenser and Mangrove Jack’s boiler. You will need 6kgs of sugar or dextrose per yeast. We also sell boxes of 12kgs dextrose, bags of 25kgs dextrose, and boxes of 12kgs Turbo Sugar.
The are also enough ingredients to make whiskey or bourbon (you need your own grain), rum, gin and vodka (additional sugar, dextrose or potatoes required) using the Still Spirits CRAFT series yeasts with the Alembic Pot Condenser and Grainfather.

Check out the below instructions on how to use the Still Spirits Turbo 500. In these videos they use the Classic 6 Yeast that comes in this kit. Please note, the condensers now come pre-packed with saddles, so you can skip this step.
