Trumpeter 1/35 Russian Object 490A Plastic Model Kit

   Project 490A emerged as an alternative to Project 490. The 490A Rebel was asked to add a crew member and an external gun. From Object 490 to Object 490A, the biggest change is the completely redesigned turret, while the running gear has not changed much. The project plan was canceled at the end of 1984, and development of the updated Object 477 "Hammer" began. This was a tank that was significantly ahead of its time. In order to retain its strong competitiveness, it adopted a large number of new technologies.

The kit consists of over 450 parts, with a multi-slide molded turret and lower hull and photo etched parts included.
