Directions

Sharpen Play-Pen Eyeliner before use if needed with the built-in sharpener. Apply to the lash line in short, light strokes in the desired thickness starting from the outer corner of the eye and working to the inner corner. Dial up as desired with an extended wing or use an eyeshadow brush to smudge and smoke the line for a blended finish
