"It was refrigerated which I liked it cooled my whole meal and family room down by about 10 degrees on a 30 degree day , what I didn't like about it was the hose it's filmsy cheap hose didn't stay it place in the window kit easy, they could of thought better about that maybe a slide on window kit and a slide in hose on the actual machine, and the hose dented easy with out any force, overall it's a good machine, and works well which you need on the hotter days in Melbourne ."
