1. Donning: Use a lubricant like Slippy to ensure a smooth entry and prevent fingernail tears or neoprene stress.

2. Rinse: After every dive, thoroughly clean the suit inside and out with fresh water to remove salt, sweat, and grime.

3. Wash: Use a specialized wetsuit shampoo every few dives. Avoid regular shampoos and conditioners, as they contain chemicals that can eat away at the neoprene.

4. Storage: Hang in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid garages or sheds where car exhaust fumes and high temperatures can cause the neoprene to crack or wrinkle.
