I ended up having to ring 2 companies to find out where it was & when to expect delivery. The guy who delivered it was professional & did contact me when close by. We live in regional NSW & it turned out that the machine went through 3 checkpoints. Anyway that part of the purchase was disappointing but the machine is good."

Member"As much as I try to support Australian Manufacture, this 12 KG W/M is quiet, no centre agitator which has been great for that large Doona. Very nice finish, easy display for programming, plus the 2 piece folding lid with glass panel is great if you have overhead cupboards. The only issue which was not a problem for me is the need to remove the door at my laundry to get the unit in. Early days but a nice unit for a single older male."
