"In the first week of using, I noticed that water was coming out from the group head while frothing milk. I initially thought this shouldn’t happen because it has a Dual Thermoblock system (which is usually an issue with single boiler machines). And also problem with the grinder, it wasn’t grinding enough coffee beans after couple of days, and I had to force empty the hopper before it started working properly again. That said, for the price, the machine is worth considering, if it works as it should. Credit to Kogan for their fast replacement service. I’ll continue testing the new replacement unit over the next 1–2 weeks to see if any existing or new issues appear. Otherwise, it’s a good machine for the price."
