Manufactured in Italy to Electrolux’s exacting standards, this robust unit delivers both precision and performance across a large working surface.

Equipped with six 36 Mj high-efficiency burners in two sizes (60 mm and 100 mm), this model offers continuous flame adjustment from 5.4 Mj to 36 Mj to suit a wide range of culinary tasks. Burners feature optimised combustion, flame failure protection, and a shielded pilot light, ensuring safe operation. Large cast iron pan supports with long centre fins accommodate everything from small saucepans to oversized stockpots, while the IPX5-rated water-resistant controls offer durability in busy environments.

Beneath the cooktop, the gas oven features stainless steel burners with a self-stabilising flame, a ribbed cast iron base plate, and three GN 2/1 shelf levels for multi-tray cooking. The cupboard compartment adds valuable under-bench storage. Built with a 2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel worktop and Scotch Brite-finished panels, the unit is designed for seamless integration with adjacent equipment via its right-angled side edges, minimising hygiene risks and simplifying cleaning.
