Aeroflow Performance aluminium fuel lines are lightweight and extruded from one seamless thin wall tube. This affordable aluminium fuel/oil line is easy to install on most systems and is ideal for routing lines along the chassis, frame rails or anywhere flexible line is not required. This aluminium line is rated for up to 500 psi and designed for use with tube line adapter fittings or when using a flaring tool with tube nut/tube sleeve combinations.
The hard line is available in 25-foot rolls (7.6 meters) of 1/4" (4.76mm), 5/16" (7.95mm), 3/8" (9.52mm), 1/2"(12.7mm), 5/8" (15.8mm) or 3/4" (19mm) outside diameter tubing. Raw and Black finishes available with the black anodized for use in high corrosion resistance applications such as E85 and Alcohol fuels. We recommend the use of our tube bender (sold separately) in order to minimise flaking of the black coating on bends.
