It supports hot plugging, so it can be connected and disconnected without power supply issues. The shift button cna be used to recall the presets or select the master MIDI channel. The keyboard range can be shift +/- 4 octaves. It is compatible with DAW software like Cubase, FLstudio, Logic and so on. You could also connect it with iPad or Phones via the adapter cable (sold seperately). The footswitch jack can be connected to a sustain pedal. The USB interface is adaptable to full speed USB 2.0, with power supplied by USB port.
