Ingredients: Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder (100%) Note: we do not add any anti-caking agents in the product that way you get 100% strawberry only.

Botanical Name: Fragaria x ananassa

Brewing: Add 1 tsp per cup and brew for 3-5mins or longer with boiling water. Use a strainer to get rid of any larger clumps or use a spoon to crush. If using the powder in baking use a sieve before adding.
