"NO!! I am completely dissatisfied!! I have been ripped off, with your bizarre sizing and false advertising. There is something wrong with your sizing. I ordered 6-7 for my 9 year old son and received a shoe size for a baby?? Your website states for Kids, this is clearly an Ugg Boot for a Baby! I selected the correct US size that my son is currently wearing and sent photos to prove this. I am trying to escalate this, but the people I am emailing in Kogan Customer Service are not helping me at all and despite several requests to please escalate this to their Supervisor, this is not occurring. What is going on??"
