The thickened stainless steel bottom is compatible with various heating methods like wood fire and gas stoves. The temperature gauge on the lid displays Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures, facilitating temperature monitoring during distillation.

Copper Coil Cooling: The cooling and distillation process uses copper tube with good thermal conductivity for efficient cooling. The smooth and wrinkle-free interior of the pipes prevents residues of distilled alcohol and water, ensuring no aftertaste. The water inlet and outlet valves can control the flow rate and the cooling speed.
