For a non faulty return, if item is in as new condition and product packaging seal is intact, restocking fee is 10%. If the product packaging is opened, restocking fee is 15%. In some case, this option is not applicable to that item that was sent originally opened. If the product packaging is torn or damage and product has sign of minor hand handled, restocking fee is 20%.
Buyer is required to return the non defective item in its original packaging (if any) and buyer pays for postage return. Item(s) returned by post is buyer's responsibility until they reach us, therefore please make sure they are securely package and with tracking number.
All non faulty returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
Standard 1 year warranty for most products.
