Return Policy
Customers may return goods for Change of Mind where the goods are:
We advise customers to use a tracked service for their return and using an insured service for any high value items.
Only the initial shipping fee charged to the customer (as specified in the sales order) will be reimbursed to us.
If the returned goods do not meet the criteria set out in this policy, the goods must be sent back to the customer at the customer's cost. If the customer does not agree, a resolution may be negotiated with the customer.

Shipping & Warranty Policy
Demon Pro Parts and their components are covered by a 12 Month / Unlimited KM Warranty1 from the date you receive your order.
We take all warranty claims very seriously. For all warranty claims, the turbocharger/s will need to be returned to us for a complete tear down and Full Warranty Report2 to ensure we verify any faults and are able to rectified and resolve the issue immediately to get you back on the road. We aim to have a 2 day turn around warranty process to help customers as much as we can.
For all warranty claims, the turbocharger/s will need to be fitted by a LICENCED MECHANICAL WORKSHOP. We do not cover Home / DIY repairs. Also, no modifications are allowed to be made to the turbocharger, these must be installed to a manufacturers standard and boost settings must be left as manufacturer required.
Why Do We Offer a Full Report?
We offer this service at Demon Pro because we like to make a point of difference, we strive on not only having great products and good customer relations. It’s our job as a turbo manufacturer and professional sales team to be able to help you with all your questions, to help you diagnose common faults and to ensure you’re getting the most out of your turbochargers or other Demon Pro Parts.
Below are SOME situations that are NOT COVERED by our warranty.
1. Please Note: This warranty is limited to parts only and does not cover any labor fee for installation or removal of product
2. For all warranty tear downs and reports if the product cannot be faulted and is found to be incorrectly diagnosed as faulty a rebuild fee will be applicable
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
