Return Policy

French Beauty Co accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition. Customers must contact customer support to initiate a return. Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items are eligible for a full refund or replacement, with return shipping covered by French Beauty Co. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted but are subject to a $25 administration and shipping fee, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Certain items, including gift cards, promotional samples, and hygiene-sensitive products, are not eligible for return, and refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
