Shipping and Returns Policy

Free Shipping on all orders

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and resaleable condition.

2. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of 20% of the item value, or $20 (whichever is greater) may apply if the item is opened, used, damaged, or not in original packaging.
  • No fee applies if returned unopened in resaleable condition.

3. Return Shipping

  • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risks.
  • For faulty/defective products, we cover return shipping in line with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the product is received and inspected.
  • If the item does not meet return requirements, it may be returned to you at your cost.

5. Exclusions (Hygiene & Safety)

For hygiene reasons, the following categories are not eligible for change of mind returns:

  • Headphones & Earphones
  • Personal Care Items (e.g., shavers, toothbrushes, massage devices)
  • Cosmetics & Beauty Products

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS

Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Gad Hub within 14 days.

Warranty Information 

1. Seller Warranty Coverage

All products sold by us are covered by a seller warranty as follows:

  • Brand new items: 1-year seller warranty
  • Refurbished items: 6-month seller warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing or functional faults that occur under normal use.

The warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any other non-genuine fault identified during inspection

2. Assessment, Repair & Replacement

All warranty claims are subject to inspection.

Depending on the nature of the fault and product availability, we may:

  • Repair the item using refurbished spare parts, or
  • Provide a refurbished replacement unit

This approach allows us to resolve warranty claims efficiently while maintaining product quality.

3. Remedies for Faulty Products

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • For major faults, you may choose between a full refund, replacement, or repair.
  • For minor faults, we will offer a repair or replacement.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To help us assess warranty claims and provide assistance as quickly as possible, customers may be asked to provide additional information relevant to the issue.

This may include:

  • Order number and proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue experienced
  • Photos or videos of the product showing the fault (where applicable)
  • Product identification details (such as serial numbers), where available

The specific information requested will depend on the nature of the issue and is used solely for fault assessment and verification purposes.

5. Pricing Accuracy & Listing Errors

We take reasonable care to ensure all prices are accurate. However, due to system or data update delays, pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Where this occurs, customers will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and the listing will be corrected promptly.


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
