If an item is DOA (dead on arrival) we will take care of freight charges to retrieve the item and replace it with another. We must be notified of DOA items with 7 days of receipt.
During a standard warranty period we are unable to cover return freight charges but we will cover having the replacement product shipped back to client at our cost.
If an item is returned as DOA for a refund and no fault is found with the item, then a 40% cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund total.
Brand new products are provided with a 12 Month Manufacturer Warranty.
Factory Seconds are provided with a 6 Month Back-to-base Warranty.
NOTE:
Products are shipped out with insurance cover against loss or damage.
If TV arrives with a broken screen we will need to be notified with 24 hours of receiving the delivery that the panel has been damaged.
Photos of the packing and screen must also be provided so we can notify the courier and make a warranty claim.
In which case the courier will return to collect the TV and a replacement TV will be dispatched immediately.
This warranty cover against damage/ broken screens expires 24 hours after of receiving the TV.
If we are notified at a later date that the screen has been broken we will not be able to assist you, and returns will not be accepted.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
