Return Policies

We accept returns for refund up to 30 days after the purchase date. All returns must be authorised by our customer service team prior to being returned.

To process a return you must first meet these requirements:

Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of purchase

The item(s) is in re-saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused.

The item is not a custom-made product

Have your order number for a reference

Any fees incurred in the payment process are not refundable.

How Do I Arrange A Return?

Contact us to obtain return instructions.

Once your items have been received a refund will be processed to the original purchaser's credit card or bank account. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to enter your account.

How Do I Process An Exchange?

To exchange an item please request a return via the process above and place an order for the replacement item. The refund for the original item will be processed upon receipt.

Do I Have To Pay For Return Shipping?

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or have ordered the incorrect size/specification, your item must be freighted or delivered in person back to Golf Gear Australia at your expense. If your purchased item is defective or has been sent incorrectly we will organise a return pickup at our expense.

Receiving A Refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account. Please note card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time, this can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Shipping & Warranty Policies How is my order shipped?

We send orders via Australia Post, Aramex Australia and TNT Express dependent upon the size & weight of the order and the delivery location. The shipping method is at the discretion of Golf Gear Australia.

How do I track my order?

Most orders are sent with a tracking number with the exception of smaller items that are sent as standard letter mail. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing a consignment number and the courier used to ship your order. Please go to the courier’s website and input your tracking number.

Has my order been sent?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days where possible and providing the stock is available. When your order ships you will receive an email outlining how to track your package.

Can I change the delivery address?

We may be able to update your delivery address as long as your order has not been Shipped. The fastest way to do this is to contact us.

Do we ship internationally?

Our shipping rates are for Australian domestic (Metro) areas only. Please ask us for a quote on rural Australian or International shipping.

All import duties and taxes in the destination country are payable by the receiver/purchaser.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
