The cost of shipping is based on the weight and destination of your order. We have endeavoured to keep shipping as affordable as possible. Our primary method is shipping is Australia Post eParcel service. We also use a variety of other transport carriers for particular items and regions. Delivery time is 2-10 business days unless otherwise advised. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
By default goods will be sent with "Authority to Leave". This means that if no one is available to sign for a delivery the courier will leave the parcel at the premises if deemed reasonably secure. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed are subject to additional postage charges for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Unsigned delivery is available for most of our product range. Some products may not be eligible for unsigned delivery and if this is the case our Customer Service team will advise you by email and / or phone.
At Greenlife we take great care with packing and dispatching our orders, however occasionally accidents or errors do happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being received. Missing Parts will be supplied free of charge within 30 calendar days of Greenlife being notified.
Faulty products may be returned for a full refund providing we are unable to supply missing parts within 30 calendar days of Greenlife being notified.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage charges for returning your item. These postage charges are not refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund and you will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
