We specialise in DIY Home Casting Kits that allow you to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind sculptures in the comfort of your own home. Our kits are designed for personal use and include high-quality materials with easy-to-follow instructions.
Please note that due to the nature of DIY crafts, results will vary based on individual technique, following of instructions, and environmental conditions. We provide clear guidance, but final outcomes depend on user skill and application.
All our kits have an estimated shelf life of 12 months from the date of purchase if stored in a cool, dry place.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your kit within 14 days of delivery provided:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and risk. We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns.
Opened or used casting materials cannot be accepted for Change of Mind returns.
Kits returned in a condition unsuitable for resale will be declined.
If the item does not meet the above return conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their cost, or another resolution may be negotiated.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and courier service.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable for Change of Mind returns.
For orders shipped into Australia, all parcels will be marked accordingly to meet GST requirements.

Our DIY kits are designed for creative use, and final results depend on user technique, environmental factors, and adherence to provided instructions and video tutorials.
Warranty covers product faults only, such as defective or compromised materials on arrival.
Warranty does not cover user error, misreading instructions, incorrect mixing, or dissatisfaction with artistic outcomes.
Any faulty products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our obligations under consumer law.
If you believe your kit has a fault, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order, including your order number, description of the issue, and photographs if possible.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
