Our products are simple and harmless devices designed to reduce acute and chronic pain associated with arthritis, back pain and muscle pain. All products must meet certain selection criteria before we can add it to our list. This include safety, reliability, accuracy and price. In addition, all our products (requiring approval) have a TGA number, which is provided by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration.
We import all our products from reputable manufacturers and suppliers in Asia, Europe and U.S.A . Regardless of whether you are buying a single item for your home, or large quantities for a business, you can shop online 24 hours/7 days a week. On top of this, our after hour team is ready 7 days a week to give you the best possible service and answer all your questions immediately.

Postage to more remote country towns may take a bit longer.
For orders under $50 we use regular postage. Please allow 1-8 working days.
If you do not receive your item within the allocated period, please notify us immediately so we can track your item quickly and determine its location.

All TENS machines are covered by a full 12 months replacement warranty. New for old. Simply, contact us explaining the problem and we will act within 24 hours to solve the problem. If the machine turns out to be faulty, we will replace it. After the first 12 months (2nd & 3rd year), we still offer full support and only the cost of the parts or the cost of the unit will be charged. Disposable parts including: Pads, Batteries, Power Adapters and Electrode Wires are not covered by the warranty unless, they are dead on arrival.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
