We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. If you change your mind you, may return items within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
Return shipping will need to be covered by you as the buyer.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, please contact us via the Order History page in your Account Dashboard. We'll notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If when you receive your item it is defective, then we will pay the return shipping and replace the product.
We process orders daily up to 2pm and offer same day despatch for majority of these orders. We endeavour to deliver within 2 to 5 business days all over Australia. We deliver using Australia Post.
Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location: Christmas periods may be longer.
