All of our fitness & sports products come with a 1 Year Warranty. This warranty covers any enquiries regarding your product and any manufacturer’s faults that may occur. Manufacturer faults are issues that arise due to the way a product was made.
If your product requires attention, please return the item with all original packaging and contents (If possible), together with proof of purchase by the original buyer. Please contact us with your order number and we will organise for the item to be returned, however freight and delivery expenses are considered a separate service and will be passed on to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns won’t be issued for change of mind if product seal has been broken, product has been used or worn. If you are looking to refund an item under our change of mind refund policy, freight and delivery expenses are considered a separate service and will be passed on to the customer.
Please inspect your order upon receiving within 24 hours and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the products are damaged during logistics, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package with evidence of this damage.
Street Address will be required for all orders, we cannot deliver to Parcel Lockers/PO Box/Parcel Point. Shipping Address/details cannot be changed after order has been placed. Complete details are needed such as Full name, Contact mobile, Correct address, & email address. Our shipping time frame varies depending on your location and the items you have ordered, generally it will range between 3-10days, please allow extra time for public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, delivery restrictions etc.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
