RETURNS
We are committed to ensuring all our products maintain quality standards, safety testing and conformance. If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, faulty or incorrect, you shall be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund in the event of failure to meet the terms of acceptance.
If you are not satisfied with our products we offer 30-day money-back guarantee. All returns are conditional to orders having been marked as shipped. To be eligible for a valid refund, you must return all orders conditionally intact in their original packaging.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by email. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from us and we have the right to cancel your order at any time.
If your order has not been processed, dispatched or payment is pending, you may choose to wait until the product is available again or you may proceed to cancel your order. If we reasonably believe that you are in breach of terms of service, including without limitation of fraud, misrepresentation or violation of applicable law, we have the right to take commensurate action required to prevent loss or breach. We may do so by suspending or cancelling your order or payment without notice.
WARRANTY
Knife Co products are sold for the intended use that meet accepted quality standards. You are covered within your right under Consumer Australian Law which entitles you to a replacement, repair, or refund. This warranty does not cover improper use, abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unreasonable use of your product. Exclusions may apply to finishings, cleaning or sharpening of your product where warranty claims may be void
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
