We offer our customers unbeatable prices, to help them compete and win their jobs. Our products are sourced by us from a number of Australian and Overseas suppliers. They must meet our strict quality control demands and be guaranteed to last, and most importantly carry all relevant Australian Standards and Approvals.

By keeping our business running with low overheads, as well as the presence of our online channels to avoid the need of opening and maintaining multiple branches, we pass on the savings to the customer

Shipping

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
• Combined shipping is only available on goods paid for in one order, not individual orders. 
• Goods will not be shipped until they have been paid for in full.
• All goods are shipped within 24 hours of payment received from our Sydney Warehouse (except Weekends & Public Holidays).
• Delivery is not available on Weekends, and Public Holidays.
• Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery before lodging an item enquiry.
• MJS Electrical Products & Supplies is not liable for any Loss, Theft or Damage to items during delivery.

Returns

• All items purchased from our store come with a Thirty (30) Day Peace of Mind Return Policy. 
• If the return is due to incompatibility or change of mind, return shipping is at buyers expense.
• If the return is due to wrong goods shipped, faulty or DOA goods, shipping is at sellers expense.
• All goods returned after 30 Days shipping is at buyers expense.
• We do not accept returns via Australia Post C.O.D.
• We do not take responsibility for items returned being lost or damaged in transit.
• Special Order Items are not eligible for return

Warranty

• Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers warranty terms and conditions (available on request).
• We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to product failure.
• We will process product warranty claims through the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers.
• All warranties are void if the product is not installed by a licensed electrician
• Accessories are not covered by the warranty of the item (e.g. Batteries).
• All goods returned for warranty after 30 days is at the buyers expense both ways.
• It is the customers responsibility to ensure goods supplied are correct and meet the jobs requirements before installation.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
