We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you got the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All packages leave our warehouse in 24 hours or the same business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
All orders are charged a flat delivery fee of $14.95 - (for Australia only), meaning you can add as many items as you wish to your order at no additional charge*
We deliver Australia-wide using TNT, Fastway, and Australia Post. When your product is shipped, your order will be updated, and you will be provided with a tracking code.

Warranty will be given for items purchased only at Neoflam Australia's authorised retailer upon presentation of your purchase receipt.
Neoflam Australia offers a limited lifetime warranty for any defects in materials and manufacturing from the date of original purchase.
This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the purchased product and does not cover damage or wear and tear caused by misuse or other external causes. Any attempt to disassemble a Neoflam product will result in the withdrawal of warranty privileges.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs along with the itemised proof of purchase (hold onto your receipt).
Neoflam must be notified of your return item before sending out the product. After inspecting the returned item, Neoflam reserves the right to refuse and return damaged items that do not follow the above description.
All shipping and returning costs are non-refundable and will be charged to the customer. If Neoflam decides to replace the item, the replacement will not extend the warranty's life.
Neoflam will not accept any additional charges for work performed by the customer or third party unless it is authorised by Neoflam Australia.
Neoflam Australia guarantees the repair or replacement of any cookware found by a manufacturer's default.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Misuse
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Impact damage or breakage, dropping, accidents
- Extreme temperature changes (such as pre-heating cookware empty, letting liquids boil dry, immersing hot pan into cold water resulting in damage to the pan and/or other properties)
- Nonstick performance if the problem is not reported after the first use
Minor imperfections and slight colour variations are normal because each piece of Neoflam cookware is hand-crafted. The ceramic surface might have slight imperfections that do not affect the product's performance.
If your Neoflam is used on high heat for an extended period of time, the metals may separate and cause extreme damage to your Neoflam.
If your Neoflam is left empty on a heated burner for an extended period of time.
If your Neoflam pieces are used in the microwave
If metal utensils are used on a nonstick cooking surface.
If improper cleaning methods causing scratches have been used, or if abrasive scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, bleach, and/or oven cleaners have been used.
Please send your item with a short description of the problem and a copy of your purchase receipt. Include your name, postal address, and contact details (phone and email).
Please note that we will not accept and/or assess any claims without proof of purchase.

In the event of a defect, malfunction or other failure of the product covered by this warranty, we will remedy the failure or defect without charge to you within thirty (30) days.
If a defective item is no longer available, an item of similar function and value will be substituted.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
