Return Policies

At OnTheGo RV, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be in its original packaging, with all included accessories.

The item must be in new condition, suitable for resale.

The item must not have been damaged during your possession, and must arrive back to us in good condition.

Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Shipping & Warranty Policies

At OnTheGo RV, we offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

Carriers: Orders are shipped via Australia Post or StarTrack.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or regional areas may take longer.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

Warranty Policy

All products sold by OnTheGo RV include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults and defects.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, we will:

Arrange a replacement or repair at no cost, or

Provide a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Warranty Claim Process:

Contact us with your order details and photos/videos of the issue.

Our team will assess your claim and provide return instructions if required.

For faulty or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us.

This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
