Return Policy

  • Returned within 14 days of taking delivery of the product(s)
  • Returned in their original packaging along with all included accessories
  • New condition and suitable for resale
  • Not have been damaged during the customer's possession up to where the seller receives the product

We offer exchange on all purchased items. 

We will only offer refunds for items that are deemed faulty under the act.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you're needing to exchange, please contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard to request your preference, and we will give you further instruction on how to send the item/s back to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for faulty items (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • If you need to exchange colour, size or style we are happy to do so.
  • Please contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
