Item/s must be returned intact as was received by Buyer including original packaging and all tags and booklets. No return accepted for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. 20% return fee applies. Shipping and Handling is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and is not refundable.
12 Month Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or use of the product that is not in accordance with manufacturers care instructions.
