Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:

Eligibility Requirements:

1. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
2. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and sealed
3. A 15% re-stocking fee and applicable freight fees will be charged for COM returns
4. Please contact our customer service team via the Order History in your Account dashboard if you wish to return the goods

• Do not return items without prior authorization
• Unauthorized returns may not be identifiable and could be rejected
• All returns must be processed through Customer Service

Note: Please provide a residential or business address at checkout. Deliveries to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers are not available.
