To make a warranty claim, customers must contact TechUp Australia to arrange assessment. Once the device is received and verified, we will offer a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a refund will be provided. Repairs are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
The warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, tampering, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
For warranty claims, customers are responsible for shipping the device to TechUp Australia. TechUp Australia covers return shipping for repaired or replacement items.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
