30-Day Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer 30-day free returns on all refurbished items. If you’re not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

All original accessories must be included.

We provide a free return shipping label.

Refunds are issued once the item has been inspected and approved.

Shipping Policies

Standard Shipping (Australia Post):

Orders qualify for free standard shipping via Australia Post, with no signature.

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-5 business days within Australia.

Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that we currently only offer shipping within Australia.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day from the date of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Warranty Information

12-Month Warranty

All refurbished items come with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind. This warranty covers hardware faults and manufacturing defects only.

What’s Covered:

• Hardware malfunctions not caused by damage or misuse
• Faulty ports, buttons, displays, or other functional components

What’s Not Covered:

• Physical damage (cracked screens, dents, broken parts)
• Accidental or liquid damage
• Battery degradation or reduced battery life over time
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic wear and tear
• Software issues or data loss

Warranty Claims Process

Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.

Our team will assist with troubleshooting and, if needed, provide a free return shipping label.

Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion, depending on the fault.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
