We are pleased to offer free shipping on all products within Australia. For most of our products, we rely on the reliable services of AU Post, whether it be Parcel or Express service. Typically, you can expect your order to reach your doorstep within 6-12 business days from the date of purchase.
You have a 14-day window from the date of product delivery to initiate a return.
To process a return, the item must be in the same pristine condition as when it was purchased. This entails that the product should be sealed, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, complete with all included accessories. Products must be returned in their original sealed packaging or boxes, with the seals intact. Items returned without proper sealed packaging or with damaged or broken seals will not be eligible for a return under our change of mind policy.
The customer is responsible for both the risk associated with returning the item until we receive it and the cost of the return, including return postage.
If the returned goods do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to either decline the return entirely or apply a restocking fee of 20%, with a minimum fee of AU $20.
Due to hygiene issues, all personal products, such as earphones etc., will not be accepted if the return request once it is opened.
For brand new products, our standard policy includes a 1-year warranty to ensure your peace of mind.
For refurbished products, we offer a 6-month warranty.
Please note that all warranty coverage becomes void in cases of water seepage. In exceptional circumstances, as part of our warranty process, we may send a replacement item, referred to as an "RF replacement," to the customer.
We source our products globally, with Hong Kong serving as the central hub for our eCommerce operations. Rest assured, we provide an AU travel adapter with all products, and all items we sell in Australia are guaranteed to be functional and compatible.
Our products come with guarantees that are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to request a replacement or refund for major failures and are entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. In addition, if goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure, you have the option to have the goods repaired or replaced.
We maintain the prerogative to void and refrain from fulfilling any orders featuring a price listing error. Although we diligently endeavor to ensure precision in our product listings, sporadic errors may arise. In such instances, we bear no obligation to proceed with orders at the erroneous price point. We place a premium on our customers' contentment and will take all necessary steps to promptly communicate and rectify any such errors.
