"The stand is much better than I expected. The main thing I'm impressed by? The stand is keeping my 31kg television almost perfectly upright... without any anchoring to a wall. The assembly was not difficult. My only recommendation would be to use a proper wrench to tighten (and not over-tighten) the nuts on the steel support rods. The black columns you see in the photos are plastic surrounds for the support rods. Nothing wrong with that. However, there are no alignment grooves/slots for those surrounds, so you have to carefully line them up between each shelf to give the illusion of a single support column. The cable routing is great. Two Velcro guides attached to the rear column to keep everything looking neat. I only have four cables running up to the TV. I don't think there would be much trouble running 10 or more. I really doubt you could find a better TV mount + shelf combo around this price point."
