"I needed a basic Weight Bench with a Barbell Rack to safely do Bench Presses that was part of my workout , this bench suited my needs. It arrived quickly and it didn't take long to put together ( instructions are basic be warned) ,I find it to be compact , strongly made and it has a feature where you can fold it flat easily for storage. This feature I found handy as I have limited space in my workout area. Its designed to support a Bar with weight on it safely ( just check how much you need it to support) with confidence. Only negative would be how wide the back board is , I am a slim short guy and it just supports me at 23cm wide ,check if it suits you. Being on a budget I have found this Bench suited what I needed."
