When I tried to contact one shop they were slow to answer and never read or answered what I had written I wanted an exchange to a king quilt with no expense to me for the postage return. I also wanted the extra money I paid refunded. After several emails I was offered a small refund but never an exchange. I am now still waiting to see this refund in my bank. Even after admitting their mistake they still couldn’t offfer an exchange. FRUSTRATING and DISAPPOINTING!!!! I will never deal with them again. BEWARE"
