• 3.4mm rope with a PVC coating
• Length comes standard at 3 meters, for you to trim down to suit your height. Use the size guide included in the pack to workout what is best for you.
• Carry bag for easy storage and safekeeping. If you look after your rope, your rope will look after you.
• Adjusting the length of the rope takes not more than 2 minutes and no tools are required. *If you want to trim the rope, you will need a set of wire cutters for this.
• Each handle has a single high – speed bearings for maximum speed when you’re working out.
• Thick soft grip handles that won’t slip during the sweatiest workouts.
• Optional compartment in each handle to add a weight rod to. *Weight rod’s are sold separately.
