Just like you, here at GND Fitness, we love staying fit and healthy. You know the adrenaline rush that you get when you are working out? 

Or the buzz that comes after you have been to the gym since 6am that makes you feel like you are ready to take on and conquer the world? 

We love that too! 

Still, we have experienced our fair share of lows disguised as injuries and muscular pain, just like you may have hit some snags with your health and fitness goals.

For those reasons, we started GND Fitness to actively seek the best fitness products money can buy that not only enable you to continue exercising as you recover, they prevent further injury and are also, by far, less likely to cause any injury if you use them exclusively.

Carriers

GND Fitness use's 2 different couriers depending on your location. For orders to Vic, NSW, QLD, NT, TAS, WA, Country SA & ACT your parcel will be sent via Austpost. For orders within Metro SA your order will be sent via a local courier. A tracking number will be provided when dispatched for all parcels sent via Austpost.

Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE with all orders over the value of $100.

Handling Time

GND Fitness strive's to get all orders received before 3pm (ASCT) shipped out the same day. Your item will be shipped from one of our warehouses in SA & VIC, depending on inventory and your location. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following business day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship weekdays only Monday-Friday. We don't shipping Saturday's, Sunday's or Public Holiday's. Orders recieved after 3pm (ASCT) Friday - Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a Public holiday.

Allow up to 8 business days for your product to arrive depending on your postal area. If more than 10 business days have passed please check your tracking number provided. If more than 12 business days pass please contact us via Order History in the Account dashboard to review the status of your order.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Product with obvious signs of use and/or open. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Change of Mind Returns

GND Fitness will allow a return to exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

  • returned within 14 days of receiving order;
  • as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
  • in a resalable condition; and
  • not damaged in any way.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. To return your item for change of mind, you must follow our returns process.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for an exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.

You may be provided with a product exchange, refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements stated here.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

Change of mind returns are not accepted for supplements. 

If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us via the Accounts dashboard. We will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.

Shipping

To return your product, you will need to mail your product to the address that will be provided once you have contacted GND Fitness at via Order History in your Accounts dashboard. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning your product it is important that you are using a traceable shipping service (request a tracking number) or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
