GND Fitness Skipping Rope // Blue

The GND Blue Speed Rope has been designed to offer a well weighted and balanced design to allow you the smoothest and fastest skipping session possible.  The GND Blue Speed Rope features anti slip handles for comfort and durability and an adjustable length for a one-size fits all system that even the tallest and shortest amongst us can use with ease. Simply remove the black plastic cap from one end of the cord and then untighten the screw at the top of the handle and pull the cord until the desired length is reached, then firmly tighten screw and remove the excess length of cord and replace the black plastic cap (it is suggested that you trim only one end of the cord).

The best part is no tools needed, it can all be done by hand and completely adjusted in only seconds.
