Professional slicing knife, made of the highest quality stainless steel and polyamide handle. The knife has a rounded blade and grooves, which means that the cut meat or salmon fillets do not stick to the surface.
There are two lengths of 30 and 36 cm. The handle is ergonomic, hygienic and non-slip, which increases the safety of using the knife. It can be washed in the dishwasher and sterilized in autoclaves up to 110 degrees Celsius.
